1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photographs produced by King Empire Studios7 are original artistic works. The Studio is the first and primary copyright owner of all images created during your session. The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered photographs for private and domestic purposes only.

Governed by Section 28 of the Nigerian Copyright Act 2022

2. Standard Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 3 (three) working days from the date of final photo selection and receipt of full balance payment.

Emergency / Rush Delivery: Delivery in less than 3 working days is classified as an emergency order and attracts additional charges, which must be agreed upon prior to or on the session day. Emergency orders are subject to Studio availability.

3. Payment Terms & Balance Policy

A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total session fee is required to confirm this booking.

The remaining balance must be paid on the session day, before the Client's departure from the studio.

Failure to pay the balance on the session date will result in the job remaining untouched. The delivery date will shift forward by one (1) day for each day the balance remains outstanding. The Studio reserves the right to withhold delivery of all edited photographs until full payment is received.

4. Client Image Rights

King Empire Studios7 will not publish, exhibit, broadcast, or commercially exploit your photographs without your explicit written consent. Your image rights are independent of the Studio's copyright and are fully protected under Nigerian law.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data, including all photographs taken during your session, is processed in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the Studio.

6. Cancellation Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may incur additional charges at the Studio's discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved under Nigerian law in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.
